Stansted Airport is 45 minutes from LST if that helps. As mentioned, that forms a large number of stations (at least 10), so bearing in mind what leaves LST alone, there's a good chance this could be thousands.💙💛 💔0

ok, I work in Basildon, so it should be max 20 miles drive from home, as I will drive to work, so that limits my search to eastern parts outside london, any help?0

Not really.
Would you mind stating your question again, please?
Are you still planning to live within 30 mins train ride to work? ...which is now in Basildon?
As you are driving to work, are you no longer interested in commuting by train to London?
I am amazed that your objectives could change so radically in less than twenty four hours.0 -

no, you misunderstood
I work in Basildon, so my home needs to be within 30 min drive from there
Also, at the same time, I want it to be within 30 min train from London (not central London, any tube/dlr etc connected point within london, you know what I mean)0 -
So you don't want to know all the stations that are 30 mins from London because you won't be able to drive to 90% of them within 30 mins from Basildon.
You're pretty much confined to the A12/A13 corridor from Chelmsford down to Southend.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

30 mins drive from basildon, will basically get you to chelmsford or brentwood at a push. Try driving within M25 to get to a station nearer to london and the traffic will make it impossible.
As youve already asked on another post, romford or ingatestone would be 30mins into london. But youd be pushed to get to basildon within 30mins0 -
Basildon itself is of course within your search area, trains to Fenchurch Street take between 30 and 45 minutes, and run every 15 minutes off -peak. So along the C2C line would be a good place to look.
Somewhere between Shenfield & Rayleigh on the AGA line. Billericay is 32 minutes from Liverpool Street. Chelmsford might be your limit on the Colchester line.
The Underground comes out as far as Upminster, but its a slow way to get into London.0 -
So you want a MAXIMUM of stations within 30 mins?
Or 45 mins...
So which is it? Choose an option and stick with it. Don't ask for the train to Birmingham, only to ask if it stops at Coventry!0
