GPEOL on a £40 pcn- opinions?

Im asking out of curiosity as the local hospital has Q Park managing their parking. Their PCN charge is £40 reduced to £15 if paid within 14 days. What are peoples opinions of the chances of success at POPLA with the no gpeol argument on a charge like this which is obviously much lower than usual?

Thanks. It's so much lower than other ppc charges I thought it might be much easier to win an assessor over with some fake costs like a lot.of others are trying.0

Yep might be easier for them to argue so your caution is justified - so wait for the NTK if you've only had a windscreen ticket so far, then pick major holes in the wording of that first letter (none are compliant from any PPC IMHO, can't think of one I would say is because they ALL miss something out). As long as the keeper then does the appeal not saying who was driving, if Q Park are a BPA member and you get POPLA then a keeper 'can't lose' where there are obvious NTK flaws. 'No keeper liabilty' is slam dunk winning appeal point that so many of our posters here miss out on by rushing to tell the PPC about what happened when THEY parked!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks. I've racked up a few of these so far (using a service address) and I've had no response to my strongly worded appeals. Maybe I should complain to the bpa to get some POPLA codes and test the water.....0
