21. TERMS AND CONDITIONS SPECIFIC TO THE ‘HAYS HOLIDAY SLEIGH’
1. The ‘Hays Holiday Sleigh’ Competition will be held in conjunction with Metro Radio, TFM (“The Promoters”) and Hays Travel.
2. The Hays Holiday Sleigh is a ‘Hash Dash’ online promotion for the chance to win one of ten prizes including but not limited to a trip to Lapland, UK family days out, pantomime tickets, festive hampers, shopping vouchers, and jewellery (“Prize”).
3. This Competition will begin from 12 noon on November 6th 2014 and will end when the holiday to Lapland is won.
4. Entrants will need to register via the social media platform Twitter. Entrants wishing to enter the Competition will have to tweet on Twitter to a fictional Father Christmas on his Hays Holiday Sleigh while he travels from Sunderland to Lapland via 9 reindeer checkpoints. The Entrant’s tweet must include the hashtag #haysholidaysleigh in order to be eligible to win.
5. Father Christmas will travel from Sunderland to Lapland via 9 reindeer checkpoints – each checkpoint is named after one of Father Christmas’s reindeers. In order for Father Christmas to arrive at a checkpoint, a set amount of tweets with the hashtag #haysholidaysleigh will need to be posted on Twitter. The amount of tweets needed will be decided by the Promoters, it will vary from checkpoint to checkpoint, and the amount needed will not be revealed in advance. The Entrant that tweets the last post that makes Father Christmas arrive at the checkpoint will win a Prize. This winner will be announced via Twitter.
6. Twitter users will be made aware by a Twitter post of which Prize they are tweeting for, at least once, between each checkpoint. The trip to Lapland will be won by the Entrant tweets the final tweet that makes Father Christmas arrive at Lapland.
7. Hays Travel will be providing the prizes for this Competition. Please note that where prizes are provided for by third parties, the prize may be subject to the terms and conditions of that third party. The Promoters is not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery.
8. There will only be one trip to Lapland awarded from both the Metro Radio and TFM competition

10. The exact Lapland break prize details are as follows:
• Departure Date: December 17th 2014
• Departing from: Manchester Airport
• Holiday Details: 3 days and 2 nights half board in the Santas Hotel Tunturi- Room type Gielas, Type D, family bedroom sleeping 2-4 guests.
• The holiday is based upon 2 adults (aged 12+) and 2 children (aged 11 years and under) only
• The holiday includes a full literary of 3 day breaks as seen here http://www.santaslapland.com/breaks/magic/
• Car parking at Manchester Airport is provided for the winner during the trip duration-To claim this, the winner will need to provide Hays Travel with full details of their car licence plate straight after their win.
• The Winner will need to make their own way to Manchester Airport.
• As part of the prize package the winner of the Lapland trip will receive £50.00 only towards Manchester travel costs.
• Metro Radio/TFM and Hays Travel will not subsidise any school fines incurred, should the winning families school not yet be on winter holidays.
• Flight tickets and hotel rooms are already both reserved for these dates.
• Should a winner not be able to make these dates, we will endeavour to rearrange. However this is subject to availability and costs and can only be rearranged for a similar break departing in 2014
• Winners must be 16+
• Winners must be following both either Metro Radio and Hays Travel or TFM and Hays Travel on Twitter to claim this prize
• Tweets are not limited to one per person, however tweeters must not use the same ‘Tweet’ more than once to be eligible to win
• As per standard Bauer Terms and conditions winners must be from the Metro Radio/TFM ‘North East’ TSA to be eligible to claim this prize. (However this is subject to the prize partners discretion)

11. Insurance is not provided as part of this holiday prize. It will be each prize winner’s and (if applicable) their travelling companion's responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken. All insurance, spending money and other expenses, unless otherwise stated, are costs for the prize winner and are not provided as part of any holiday prize. Unless stated otherwise, holiday prizes consist of flights and accommodation only.
12. Holiday prizes do not include airport departure or government taxes. These must be paid by the prize winner and any travelling companion.
13. The prize winner and any travelling companions must have and maintain valid passports endorsed with all relevant visas and with expiry dates no less than six (6) months following the proposed dates of travel or such other duration as may be required by any relevant regulation. These passports, and their holders, must not be subject to any restrictions on their rights to travel to and from the applicable country or countries. Passport control and in-country authorities may reserve the right to refuse entry to prize winners and/or their travelling companions. We shall not be responsible for ensuring your ability to travel to your holiday destination nor for any additional costs incurred should you be refused entry.
14. The 3 night, 2 day trip to Lapland will take place across 17th, 18th, 19th of December 2014 only. Any winner unable to travel across this duration may result in the loss of this prize completely.
15. It is the responsibility of the prize winner and any travelling companions (if applicable) to check any travel advisories issued by the Government and determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the holiday destination. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any prize winner and their travelling companions (if applicable) arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by the Government.
16. The Lapland prize winner and their travelling companions (if applicable) must comply with and are responsible for obtaining any inoculation and health regulations required by any holiday prize destination country.
17. We will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any prize winner or their travelling companion (if applicable) should any prize winner or their travelling companion (if applicable) not redeem a holiday prize as a result of any Government travel warning or advisory applicable to the destination country and/or countries or for any other failure on their part to travel. In particular, we shall have no obligation to substitute any alternative prize, cash equivalent or other compensation where a prize winner and/or their travelling companion (if applicable) fail to redeem a holiday prize for any reason.
18. Prize winners and their travelling companions must comply with the terms and limitations of airlines, other transport providers, and the venues involved in the provision of any holiday prize, including any insurance policy relating to the holiday. In particular, entrants must comply with all health and safety guidelines and instructions and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
19. Prize winners must make the Promoters and Hays Travel aware of any medical reasons why they should not or may have difficulty travelling.
20. The Prize Winner and their travel companions must consent to the use of their names and photographs being used by the Promoters and Hays Travel.
21. Entrants’ personal data (including telephone numbers and addresses will be collected by the Promoters and will be used to process entries. The Promoters will also provide winners’ names and contact details to Hays Travel, solely for the purpose of arranging delivery of the prize.
22. By entering the Competition, Entrants consent to the storage and processing of their personal data as described here, which shall be strictly in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation.
23. Personal data may remain stored by the Promoters and Hays Travel after the Competition has ended but will not be used for marketing purposes.
