in Credit cards
I have an item on my credit card bill for a small amount that says I made the payment on 15/8/14 but the card company did not receive the receipt till 20/10/14 (over 2 months) and I only saw it today 5/11/14. Because its taken so long I can't remember if i made the transaction or not. Does anyone know if there is a time limit for the shop to present its bill?

6 months without any notice. After that up to 6 years but they should notify you first.0

You should report any unrecognised transactions on your account to the card issuer immediately.0 -
