natwest mis-sold adv gold

Hi

I have had 2 successful NatWest refunds for the mis-sold advantage gold package account.
However the totals and figures given are both incorrect on what I have paid over the time frame..

Eg cost per month £12... over 5 years = £1440
yet they have put £355...

I have made further enquiries into these yet just wondering if anyone else had similar issue at all and if there was a reason for this.
