Park Direct UK - Jennetts Park - Stopped for 3 mins

Hello.
I have read lots of previous threads about POPLA, and appealing against parking notices, but I can't find wording that may help in my case, or whether it is in fact worth appealing.
The circumstances are that my daughter (19) was recently driving through Jennetts Park, at lunchtime a few weeks ago, when she heard a noise coming from her vehicle. She stopped her car in jennetts Park, and phoned her father for advise, who told her to get out of her car & check the tyres. Having checked them, she discovered one had a nail in it and was low, so drove to the nearest garage to fix it.
She was stopped for a total of 3 mins, according to all the camera evidence which clearly shows her looking at her tyres whilst on the phone. We did appeal to Park Direct UK, with a copy of the receipt for new tyre purchased less than one hour later, but no surprise, unsuccessfully.
They state that the vehicle was waiting on the site beyond the grace period, and as per their parking attendant, she was on the phone. I can only assume the parking attendant is the CCTV camera, as I hope any human attendant would have helped in that situation!
They also state that the location the contravention occurred was very tight, confined & restricted which opens it up to the possibility of extreme congestion. The photos show no vehicles around at the time, and the road is wide enough for a bus to overtake her.
If she hadn't of stopped there, an accident could have happened on the A329M. She stopped in what she thought was a housing estate, a safe place to stop and check her vehicle, yet they want £100 for her doing so for 3 mins.
I can scan the letter/photos if required. What wording should I use on an appeal. Many thanks

Just read the Newbies sticky and use the standard wording. The circumstances are irrelevant, the appeal is on legal points, not "what happened".Je suis Charlie.0
