I had a parking charge sent through the post, I ignored this as advised on this site, I received another, ignored this as advised, now have a bill sent from county court business centre, has any one else been through this and what advice have you got to deal with this.

And you don't get a 'bill' from the Court! You mean you got small claims court papers from Northampton? Well that's hardly surprising if you CHOSE to ignore our current advice for the last TWO YEARS and perhaps ignored a ParkingEye PCN recently? Your choice not to look for current advice (reading old threads is reading yesterdays news = pointless). So read post #5 of the newbies sticky thread and let's see your draft defence after that. Silly to ignore, asking for trouble since late 2012.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
