Carphone Warehouse/E2Save

Hi all.
Currently with EE/Carphone warehouse for my my mobile monthly contract. I am due an upgrade today. Received a telephone call today, which I normally would polite hang up asking me about my upgrade but the caller said they were from carphone warehouse, and then proceeded to tell me some details of my contract/issues I've had. So I was sort of satisfied, as he told me I wouldn't have to give out any bank details. Etc.
I agreed to an upgrade, cheaper contract, etc.
Then when I received the confirmation e-mail informing me of the delivery, it said it was through a company called E2save. Needless to say I was perplexed. After investigating, it seems they are sort of a part of CPW(carphone warehouse) but I'm not satisfied with that whatsoever. In my eyes it is fraudulent selling and I've read that people have had trouble when trying to chase any proceeding problems.
I delayed the delivery until Friday so hopefully I could cancel the contract before delivery. I have contacted them(E2save) and await reply from social media as I am not comfortable going ahead with this contract.
So just asking for advice really.
Where do I stand?
Who can I contact about this fraudulent sale?
Will it be hassle and is it likely my previous contract will already be cancelled? As how will I then contact them to discuss/sort out...

Doesn't seem anything "fraudulent"
