Others refuse to do it because it's against the terms of the a/c, as quoted by Archi Bald above. If this guy really has given you the bonus gross, instead of net, then he shouldn't have done so and he could get into trouble when his boss finds out.0 -
It's still stupid that they refuse to pay it, since on their own website they admit that it's £6.25 but paid net. They won't have to manually credit any more tax refunds as there's no tax taken off from the point the account was registered gross.0
