Hi there, not sure if this is the correct place to ask or not...
Just rang VM to discuss the package we have at the moment in relation to an offer that sky have on at the moment - 50% discount on a 12 month contract. Was told by the CSR that VM do not price match and all they could do was offer sky sports at a discounted rate for 6 months and couldnt do anything with our current package. While this is a good offer it is still way above what Sky were offering price wise. We really dont want to leave VM and have been with them for years, but the sky offer is really tempting.
Just wondered if this was correct what the CSR had said?

yes we did same; was on all 3 for approx. £32, then rang and confirmed disconnection, including early charge, they then rang me 2 days later and offered me £16.50 for phone and internet 50mb, with no TV....good to cut bills.
Advice: confirm you are leaving, hope they ring you, if not, shift over...take the leap of faith...0 -
