PCN - thoughts

I know there are set templates on here to appeal a PCN. One question I have is around signage and acceptance of contract
Car park in question has signage at the entrance that is direct off a roundabout.
The other signage is at the pay machine.
If I pulled into the car park - but could not stop to read the entrance signage as would have blocked a public highway, then parked up - went and read the other signage next to the pay machine - disagreed with the contract implied due to the know reasons (taken from the sticky's "gepol" etc...) then exited the car park.
how would this go down (has anyone tried it) - as once in the car park to read and understand the contract I would need to park up and read it.
If I didn't accept it I would leave .
Obviously then getting caught on the ANPR.
Thoughts ??

It is crystal clear in the relevant Codes of Practice that a motorist is to be given time to read the T&C's and then leave if he doesn't agree with them.
Of course most PPC's appear not to have read their relevant Code of Practice.Je suis Charlie.0
