The closing date and time of the Competition is 23:59 on November 11 2014. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be included in the prize draw.7. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
8. We accept no responsibility for any costs not specifically included in the Prize.
9. The winner will be notified by email after November 11 and given details of how to claim the Prize. If the winner cannot be reached or has otherwise failed to acknowledge such notification within 2 days, GNM shall be entitled to select a new winner of the Prize (and if that winner does not acknowledge GNM's notification within 2 days he or she will also forfeit the Prize. If the winner rejects the Prize GNM shall be entitled to select another winner and the same acceptance period shall apply).
10. The winner will receive three nights self-catering accommodation at the Old Farmhouse House, Higher Halwyn, for up to eight people. This can only be redeemed from Thursday 4 December to Sunday 7 December 2014. The winner must sign and adhere to Cornish Horizons Holiday Cottages terms and conditions of stay - you can read them here: http://www.cornishhorizons.co.uk/booking/terms.
11. The prize winner will be required to complete Cornish Horizons' booking form, at which time a deposit of £200 will be required. This will be refunded within 7 working days of departure, providing no damage has occurred.
12. The winner will receive a three-course dinner for up to eight people at The Mariners, Rock, which must be pre-booked and redeemed between Thursday 4 and Sunday 7 December 2014:
•The Sharp's VIP beer tasting experience and dinner will be a thee-course set menu created by Sharp's Brewery beer sommelier Ed Hughes. Each course will have a paired beer to complement flavours including an aperitif.
13. The winner will also receive ONE signed copy of The Padstow Festival Cookbook which will be distributed directly to the winner from Padstow Christmas Festival organisers.
14. Transport is not included.
15. Pre-booking is essential.
16. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The Prize is subject to availability and GNM reserves the right to change the Prize at its discretion or to offer an alternative of similar value.
17. The winner may be required for promotional activity.
