Nothing GP can do.
DEspite the fortnightly physio & the accapuncture & the muscle relaxants my muscles are just getting tighter & tighter.
I need to get my head round this. Pronto.
Along with my increasing limitations.
Hey Beanie, I wonder if having a sports massage might help to reduce the tightening in your muscles. Normal physio (on NHS) is relatively passive these days, with advice on exercises but no manipulation or stretching out of bunched muscles resulting in increased tightening for some people. Maybe ask at the Physio - you get more in Scotland than we do here and they may be able to refer you.Save £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £9586.01 out of £6000 after August (158.45%)
OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I am at £2226.88/£3000 or 74.23% of my annual spend so far
I also Reverse Meal Plan on that thread and grow much of our own premium price fruit and veg, joining in on the Grow your own thread
My new diary is here0 -
Hope today provides some help Beanie
