    Hey Beanie, I wonder if having a sports massage might help to reduce the tightening in your muscles. Normal physio (on NHS) is relatively passive these days, with advice on exercises but no manipulation or stretching out of bunched muscles resulting in increased tightening for some people. Maybe ask at the Physio - you get more in Scotland than we do here and they may be able to refer you.

    I see the physio privatly & she is hands on & has knowledge of CP which is important.

    Yes, I am so pleased for DS that his hard work is being appreciated.

    I have been to physio & am still struggling.
    My mum said that I dident look my best (!!!) & I need to look after myself more!!!
