    So sorry to hear about your friend. Life is certainly not nice at times.

    I hadn’t realised it’d been so long since I visited you in diary land.
    Hope you are in a little less pain and more supple today.

    Wish we were closer so we could have a real cuppa and chat - for now it’ll have to be a virtual one - passes one over with biccies to dunk :T
