    Rubbish again that you’ve fallen and been in spasm - it must really get you down. Does the cold weather have any baring on the spasms. I’m hoping the warmer weather promised soon will ease you a littt

    Afternoon Beanie, hope your back isn't as spasm-y today. I have 3 Easter eggs in the wardrobe and there was a time when I'd have eaten my way through them twice over and replaced them. But apart from needing to lose weight I'm also watching my money these days :rotfl: Hope you enjoyed yours. xx
