    It was brilliant PLMBL, not least because there was no dithering over whether to give a/biotics or not. Touch wood I've not been to the Docs for years apart from my twice yearly blood tests so I wondered if this test had been around for a while. Mind you, it could be a placebo thing, take a bit of blood and tell them they're fine :rotfl:

    I went to the GP with DD a few weeks ago because she'd been coughing for a while. They did a finger tip blood test to see if it was viral or bacterial.     Doc did not listen to chest.
    I think he would hear me coughing while I was it the treatment room & he was doing consultations.
    The needles dident half sting going in.
    They dont normally.
