Switching scares me
I'm with Nationwide and I'd be lost if something went wrong

Actually Wannabe if you are with Nationwide they pay you £100 if you refer a friend who wants to switch. If you could find someone who wants to switch to Nationwide and you refer them, you get £100 and they get £100 for switching win..win. There are terms and conditions for the switcher ( I think they need to have at least 2 DDs on the account they are switching) but all the details are on the Nationwide website.0

I've looked at switching several times but it really scares me too. With DHs money being made up of bits of disability stuff and pensions all coming in at different points during the month I'd worry that it hadn't all switched in time.
Surveys are so so boring but we've had £25 payout since Christmas Eve which can't be bad.
Are there any crafts that you enjoy that could make you a few pennies on the side? You can run a hobby business as long as it makes less than £1000 a year without having to fill in any tax return forms etc.
What about having another lodger?

Originally it was just to pay for something I wanted to do.
But now I really think I need a new sofa ot chair.
I am finding getting up from the sofa more & more difficult and my sofa is either 17 or 18 years old.
So some money towards that would be good.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters.
