Dident sleep well & then slept in
My back is still in agony sadly & I have just been to the physio
Jeez, things are so hard going at the moment.
I have just ordered a new lumbar roll which was quite expensive on the physio's recommendation.
Our greatest worry at the moment is the difficulty I am having going from sitting to standing which is quite difficult & becoming more of a problem. No easy answers.
