I usually find that Christmas menus are mass produced not so great food unfortunately. A couple of years ago on a work meal I had the veggie option which was just half an aubergine nothing else. When I pointed out that the meat eaters had paid the same as me for meat, veg and potatoes the manager brought me a plate of veg plus a free drink. I don't know what they were thinking of.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
