    I'd speak to your mortgage provider to see if you could wangle keeping your current rate until the end of the term. Is there an early redemption fee? If they can't do anything about the interest they should be able to at least give you a rough indication on what the payment will go up to. At least that way you can sort your budget accordingly.

    The early redemption fee finishes at the end of September I think when the fix finishes.

    When I fell last week I did something to me wee toe nail.
    I have been putting candula cream on it but sadly I think it is now infected.
    You could not make it up.
    At least not broken like poor Millan's.

    Take care of the toe Beanie - get to the docs.

    My bruising has gone down nicely but I've still got it strapped and can drive ok again by wearing a thick soled shoe and use the ball of my foot rather than the end of my foot near the toes. The things we have to do :)

    In todays news I have finally had some redress from the TSb for all the problems that I have had since their IT migration.
    So I finally finally have a teeny weeny emmergency fund.
    Am very very pleased with that.

    The scooter fund remains as it is but i dont think of it as 'my' money.
