    Sorry it is going to be a tough month but you will triumph in the end. You will have a valuable asset and when your peers that don't own are having to find rent you will not. Nearly there Beanie, eyes on the prize :)

    I agree with the others, when your mortgage is paid you will live rent free and that will free up some cash for other things.
