    For my hypnosis I do one big breath in, say "Calm, relax" mentally to myself at the top and breathe out over seven counts. Really works.

    I seem to have gone over budget this month in just about everything.
    Finances are so tight.
    Apart from my friends 70th there will be NO NO NO more spending on anything at all.
