I bought some fab clips from Dunelm that help you put duvet covers on easily as I'm hopeless. Although any clips would do the same job to be honest. You put the top corners in the cover, put the clips on then straighten it out. Really useful.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

Hmmm to pondering yoga. As for the driving - safety first. And you're entitled to look after your own needs you know, even in relation to your mum's worry - she'd worry *more* if you did yourself an injury, believe me! Just concentrate on having a positive time for yourself - its a bank holibob.
