I dont intend to stop posting, just to try to be more MSE related rather than moaning about my ups and downs.
Totally ignoring that though today.
Yesterday had a heavy fall on a tiled floor.
Blooming sore & stiff today.
Blood tests tomorrow & then following on from that my GP will look at changing some of my medication.
Which I have to be honest & say I am not looking forward too.
Seated yoga today was very hard going.
My pain levels at one point were so high I felt sick.

Well they tried to "get round that" by recasting themselves as "Scope". So people are called Scopers now.
