Just a thought, have you spoken with the airline/airport? This is really old information and I know things will have changed but many years ago ex MIL had a friend visit and she was so fragile and stressed when she arrived for her flight home we chatted with "someone" airport or airline can't remember which and they helped out by meeting her with a wheelchair and loading her hand luggage including walker into the cabin for her and doing the same on landing. She made me laugh as she rang to say she wanted to thank me for arranging but she was too furious to actually say thank you as she hated being put in a wheelchair
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!4 -

I’ve been out today & caught up with some bits and bobs and used a couple of vouchers. Tried to take cash out of the cash machine with an expired debit card.

The straps are a great idea. I’ve got a couple of similar ones with Mr SA’s name on for his wheelchair.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪2 -

I’m feeling calmer now as things are falling into place. I picked up my dress yesterday that was being altered. Bought a cardigan. Then unfortunately fell in the high street. Usual bother getting up. Then someone had parked over the dropped kerb beside my car so had bother getting down the kerb.
