Hard to believe I have had my last physio appointment for 2025 & will see her again in 2026.Had an injection yesterday in my shoulder. Hoping it kicks in fairly soon as I am currently awake due to the pain.Have finally ordered the air bed and a friend will pick it up for me tomorrow.Having a wee mini afternoon tea with my poorly friend tomorrow. It will be delivered to me.Going to Christmas bingo on Friday at the local day centre 🎄.
