Ironing now not happening. I don’t iron or have ironed my own stuff. So feel a bit mean but at least I did some of her washing.
It's not mean, you are clearly helping her! I don't iron anything either.

I had a nap after my running around for free electricity Beanie - I don’t blame you for having a rest. And if you don’t iron for yourself, then I don’t think you should for someone else. I’m sure your friend appreciates the washing being done.

That is sad.  So sad. Sending love.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

That’s very sad Beanie. I’m sure she knows on some level though that you’re caring for her. (Even if she doesn’t show it - I know that dementia doesn’t always bring out the nicest side of people 😢)

In other news I have received my ‘invitation’ to claim UC. Thus going from the legacy benefit of ESA. 4 years of this before I can finally claim my state pension. I am putting off my claim to UC for as long as possible. Bah.

    Sorry about your friend.

Hope the switch when you make it isn't too painful.
