My next door neighbour has a lovely garden and wasn’t too keen on my cat or any of the neighbourhood cats being in her garden but excepted the fact they are cats and continues to be lovely and a great neighbour. So your neighbour is an asshat and would probably be horrible anyway.

She was probably delighted when I said I will be keeping this one indoors!
    Basically he is a bully.

Beanie can you get some advice from the Citizens Advice?  They have solicitors etc who know and can advise and help people in your position.  Please give them a phone call and get some support.
I abhor bullies and wish I lived nearer to you, but in the meantime use this forum to vent, and know that there are a  lot of people on here who are always on your side.   (((hugs)))  XXX
    I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.

happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy
