He had already built the wall just on the boundary. Therefore there was no need to have anything reinstated. Surely he can’t come on to your property to do work without permission. He’s doing this deliberately to harass you, what a nasty piece of work he is 🤬 Definitely start keeping a log of these things.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

What an absolutely horrible thing to do , do you have anyone that would speak to him on your behalf ? Feel so angry for you . Sounds like he knows his last dirty trick didn't have any effect so this is his next attempt to upset you xx2

Secondly ..the neighbour.. It is awful when you have neighbours you don't get on with.
