    Very very hot here today & I love the heat! 

    Mr M accompanied me to my friend who is just home from hospital earlier. Was most put out he couldn’t come in. Yowled outside the window for ages. He was funny.

    Glad that the delivery drivers were helpful, and hope that you recover quickly from the fall... it's the shock of falling as much as the damage done!

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £232,244
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,048  Interest saved £5,675 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 42 books of target 52 in 2025, as @ 9th August
    Produce tracker: £276 of £300 in 2025
