Lots of out patient appointments for myself and my friend.It seems never ending.I am plodding on
The cats continue to bring me joy.The things that need money seem never ending.The roof. The fence at the back of the house desperately needs painted.My neighbour has dug up part of the drive & has removed the boundary between us which has only been there 35 years & left a dangerous mess. All without any consultation. I am so blooming angry.The security system at the front door needs repairing with the base unit. - OPs to mortgage = £12,345 Estd. interest saved = £5,863 to date
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

I remember a similar situation with an old neighbour. It is indeed stressfulIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them
