Tough physio today. My muscles are starting to really tighten up already. Had heating on earlier & have put it off. I hope you find a good Oodie equivalent again - and use a nice electric blanket (soft throw) type to help stay warm. I love mine. I had mine over my office chair today and just sat on it - it made a big difference. I also find wearing slipper equivalents in the house help my feet not get too cold - and then I'm more able to cope too.
