Hugs from me too Beanie ((((()))))) and I agree with seeing a different doc,  they've all got different experiences and knowledge of things. I was having recurrent bouts of thrush and one told me (after trying other things that didn't work) to iron my knickers after washing to make sure they were properly clean (ha, not much chance of anything being ironed around here, and it did sound like he was clutching at straws!) I saw someone else, who was a menopause expert, who put me on oestrogen pessaries which has actually sorted the issue out for the most part.  

You'd think they'd all do the same, but actually i suppose there are just SO many things that can go wrong with the body it makes sense that they'll all have slightly different knowledge and specialisms and interests in particular areas.
