I mentioned a certain utility company on my diary a few years ago as they’d been absolutely terrible. They contacted me offline and I received substantial compensation. Which shows they do scour comments on here. Always worth contacting them on social media as they don’t like adverse publicity.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5
