What a dire day today. My body just said no more. I have never had the reaction so strongly before. Very sobering. Am back in bed just resting. I want something decent to eat but have no energy to do so. Not a good day.My mum still sounds auful.As Captain Tom used to say ‘tomorrow will be a better day’.My washing is way behind. I have stuff I really need to do.
