I'm so sorry to hear of your fall Beanie, can I ask what is wrong with your hip? My mum had a hip replacement a couple of years ago now and it really helped her with her balance and she has not had any falls since then either...is yours a similar problem? I hope you're on the mend soon, sending gentle hugs

I also now have some weird pain thing going on in my left hip. I also find that as I get older I take longer to bounce back & to heal & of course the constant falling & having to manoeuvre myself up does not help.
