Hope that you manage to find a way to do more of the moves. Yoga is challenging - and part of it is getting our bodies to do things we've never asked them to do before. It can take them a while to adjust.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Yup it’s the progression that get harder. At the gym I’m on the get back moving and it’s a really easy programme. The instructor intended keeping me on it a few weeks and progressing through the different programmes. Not A Chance. I can still just about do the beginners one. Don’t think I’ll be moving on from it. Horses for courses and all that 👍January spends - £587.586
