Just mentally & physically exhausted I think.
Also think I am getting too obsessed with this bleeping mortgage.

Balance. Have balance in all things.

Sometimes you need to focus on you, and if you're exhausted right now, then that time is right now.

    Dear Beanielou.

What sometimes works for me, is saying I am giving my brain the weekend off from thinking about my financial security. Mental exhaustion is as deliberating as physical. ( and bed you feel physically tired as well! )

Now in the old days I would go on a retail therapy jolly :eek::o. I am not suggesting that! :rotfl:

Feet up, good book, DVD, yummy cake , cheeky vino... what ever floats your boat, and savour the moment, as if you were on holiday.

Then on Monday, you can ponder again and actually reflect, how well you are doing. Because you are! You are just too tired to see it.

    love and hugs
