Dr Beck carpet stain remover - Aldi usually keep it and Google tell me the other supermarkets have it as well. Can confirm it works for both stains and smells from poorly cats.

When I was at the vets today she recommended Urine Off for cat accidents. She said it puts them off going in that area again as well as neutralising the smell.
