    I’m pleased you’re not missing the FB….like you I don’t know how you did it…..you can’t have been doing yourself any favours.
    We’re on the right side of the dark nights now and I’ve noticed them getting very slightly lighter. That’s a great tonic and I’ve noticed the bulbs poking there heads up around here. Hang on in there - better days are on their way 👍

    That's great news about not missing the FB, it did sound horrendous recently.

    Talking of Scottish TV - I watched a long programme on Channel 5, that was a potted history of Scotland.  Only one English voice on the whole thing, getting on for 2 hours long, and totally from the Scots point of view, it was fascinating.
