    Hope the PIP has been awarded for a long time to stop you having to go through the ordeal again. It should be for life since it’s a lifelong condition but I know they don’t do that. At least you can rest easy on your new mattress 👍
    We had the first post today for days too…..I wondered what was coming through the door.

    I think that’s the maximum they give out now isn’t it. I know when ds was young he was awarded DLA for life then it changed to 10 year assessment. As if it’s going to change 🤷‍♀️ I really wish it could and there’d be a miracle cure for everyone with lifelong conditions…..but alas I don’t expect it will.

    Sadly not in my lifetime. 
    Could have popped my cloggs in 10 years!

  • is there any value in appealing the award date?
    Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. Progress not perfection.:T100%through my 1% mortgage challenge. 100% through my pb challenge.
