I’m like you and don’t have many to buy for these days. We knocked the presents for nephews and Mr SA’s sister on the head some time ago. My DD is the hardest to buy for, she never wants anything- although this was very different when she was a lot younger and she wanted everything 😆I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

I did a pelvic floor course last year and one of the exercises is zipping from the back to the front and holding as hard as you can for a second. That always sends me into a deep state of relaxation .

So the next thing is a new shower.
I have been putting this off because of the cost but I can no longer turn the tempature down any further & so needs must.
