Oh Beanie I'm sorry to hear you felt it was time to step away from the FB - but it sounds like you do feel strongly that it was the right thing for you, and, honestly, others "not being happy with you falling" need to stop and wonder how happy YOU are with it. Ludicrous. I agree with SH that you might find others areas you can volunteer in as it seems a shame that your skills should go to waste. Until then, rest, reset, and be thankful not to have to put up with inconsiderate folk around you in that environment any more perhaps.

Sorry to hear about the FB, but good for you. Some of the others sound completely insensitive and unreasonable, and I'm sure there are many places that would be very grateful for your support if you choose to."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Sorry to read the news you feel you need to step away from the food bank. The falling comments are just so unhelpful and hurtful. I am sure you will be much missed. Hope you can find something that will be better for you to devote your time and skills too.6

Another here sad to hear you're leaving the food bank after so long and all that you have given to it. It seems very strange to me that those people who have made it hard for you there are actually working in charitable positions! Perhaps they need to take a long hard look at themselves, but then those types never do.You should feel so proud of yourself though and you will be sorely missed by those there who are nicer people. 💕
About the Mac and cheese - when I first was married many moons ago I decided to make a bread and butter pudding. The smell from the oven from the spices as it was cooking was heavenly. Unfortunately when I took it out it was sloppy and hadn't set as I had forgotten to put the eggs in!🤣Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟
