Second this. If there is one locally they have experts who can explain everything. Lots of money to spend on an expensive bit of kit if you don’t get the most out of it. I have just bought the coat..
My old one has been fab but is falling too bits.
I am just a tad nervous as I have never bought anything this expensive from Vinted.

Anything else is a bonus.
It still works out cheaper than the local service for falls alerts & suits me so much better
Physio & I spoke about it yesterday & she thinks it is a fantastic solution for me.
