Perhaps do a SAR to the catalogue?  They should still have your details if it was only 2 years ago. https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/advice/how-do-i-make-a-subject-access-request-sar-a6axO2u2RKof

well done on the weightloss though!

Anyone good at finding discount codes?
    For shark. Thanks  :)
I bought my Shark about 6 years ago on the big river site. I'd been looking at it for a while when it went on offer at half price special . I was unsure but it has been fine ever since. I had thought maybe it was an iffy model with 50% off
     but not so.
Might be worth seeing if any are  on offer. I did register the guarantee just in case so it would be worth you doing the same if you find an affordable Shark. My guarantee was for 5 years but 6 years later it's fine.

I’ve just got a eufy……it’s quite light and is fine for us but we don’t have any pets that shed hair…..and I’ve still got my old Hotpoint vacuum as a back up. We paid just over £100 for it.
