Sorry to hear about the fall out. Take care and try not to let it get you down…..sometimes it’s just time to move on.

My maw come up take me for lunch.
Could not manage to summon up the energy.
So she kindly went & got us a nice carry out soup & sanrnie & a crepe.

I think in part my lack of energy is a reaction to the horrific rise in living costs which are hard to absorb as a single person on a limited income.
IT is a huge increase & will have a big impact on my finances.
Taking on board the new reality of having no spare money for anything at all.to 
I really need to get my head round it all pronto, park it & move on.
It is what it is & there is nothing I can do to change it.

I am not in Ukraine.
