The car saga continues!!
I have been referred back to the insurance company.
The car will be picked by the original repair company who will ascertain if in their opinion the work required to the car falls under the scope of the original repairs.
For some reason this whole process does not fill me with joy.
This is going to be a long long drawn out proccess.

I'm so sorry to hear about the car saga beanie - what a pain. ☹️I love My Funny Valentine - it's from the musical Pal Joey. Kim Novak performed it in the old 50s film singing it to Frank Sinatra, but it was actually dubbed by a singer called Tracey Erwin. That sounds like a real nightmare. Can you not go back to the insurance company and ask them to get an opinion from an independent garage? I wouldn't trust a garage who'd bodged a repair to give an honest account!
