Phew to getting your documents back. One hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing.....are you going to complain or have you had enough.
Hope you manage to get some meds for yourself.
Well done getting the outside tabl cleaned - ours had about 10 dead wasps under the glass - I threw a cloth over it 😂😂😂😂last week when we were out there.
Its disgusting that your car came back so dirty. I’d have been tempted to take photos and send it to motability.......absolutely disgusting 😡😡😡

Thanks milann.
I think I have had enough.
I am just done with the whole thing.
I did bring up the lack of petrol when it was returned.
IT was full when it went to them.
It has all left a nasty taste in my mouth TBH.

So just in the midst of celebrating getting your documents back - had they actually actioned the name change too, or just returned them?Save £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £10,020.92 out of £6000 after September
OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I am at £2234.63/£3000 or 74.49% of my annual spend so far (not going to be much of a Christmas at this rate as no spare after 9 months!
I also Reverse Meal Plan on that thread and grow much of our own premium price fruit and veg, joining in on the Grow your own thread

By the way, I just googled Motability Oversight and got this page and would draw your attention to this quote:
Scheme Oversight Committee
The Scheme Oversight Committee is chaired by by Ed Humpherson. The other members are David Hunter FCA, Dr Stephen Duckworth OBE and Professor Mala Rao.
Motability's oversight of Motability Operations Ltd ensures that the Scheme delivers value for money and a unique level of customer service to disabled people, in a sustainable manner. Each quarter, the Oversight Committee reviews Motability Operations Ltd's performance against contractual Key Performance Indicators related to customer service, affordability and sustainability, and appropriate actions are taken in the event of any shortfalls in performance.
I feel sure that if you felt you could summarise the issues with your car into a short email to The Prime Minister at his UK Parliament address it would be forwarded as a matter of urgency to the Motability CEO because Boris is a Patron of the Charity (instituted by Royal Charter) - his office will quickly route this to the right place for it to be looked at as you have had poor service from both the garage and Motability Operations

Just returned them.Suffolk_lass said:So just in the midst of celebrating getting your documents back - had they actually actioned the name change too, or just returned them? That took 4 weeks.Allow 8 weeks for the issue to be dealt with as it had to be a paper application due to the need to send original documents
You could not make it up.Imagine if foodbank clients had to wait 8 weeks for a foodbank parcel if we did not have the correct paperwork!I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. I may well gather my thoughts & energy to addressing this. As I know I won’t be last person to have this experience & Buffy & I have a mutual friend who this poor experience a while back.As someone who is passionate about disability rights & the treatment of disabled people I feel I need to do this.I could go on but won’t.There are now two engine lights coming on & there is also the ongoing issue of the hire car company saying I caused damage to car number two when the damage was there when the car was delivered to me.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters.
