Re DLVLA they claim not to have received original documents which were sent to facilitate the name change.

I don't know about looking back one day and laughing . I've done it myself but the empty seed packets would have been the final blow for me. Just wondering if you sent your papers to DVLA by registered post and if you have the receipt.
