About 3 stone.
I had lost it all & then put part of it back on so would need to look through my books to be sure. Overall I have lost over a stone since I got really on it again.

I have a Thomas Sabo one which I only wear at the weekend as it's not really the best thing to wear when you're on a computer all day, clanking on the keyboard. I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1
